Oh dear! Jesse is in that wonderful phase of playing in the toilet. That fascination with water I love to hate. Try getting 4 older siblings to always securely close the bathroom door; it doesn't always work.
So Jesse has his hands washed and shirt changed about once a day from his toilet water endeavors, but today required a bath. He dipped a comb in the bowl and did his hair. At least it was observed by his siblings so he didn't go around like this all day!
